Project Description :
Rotary Club of Bombay Juhu Beach set up a Library at Chinchale Ashramshaala, Dahanu (near Mumbai). The books for the library were collected in a books collection drive arranged by the students of Interact Club of Billabong High School. “Ashramshaala” means a school where most of the students also reside. The teachers at the Ashramshaala were very happy to receive the books for the library. They said, “Books in the Library would help us in keeping the resident students occupied during their free time.” Since quite a few books are in English, it would help the students in improving their English language skills. This would, in turn, be very beneficial in their overall personality development.
