Rotary Showcase is a site where Rotary members can post their service projects and exchange ideas with people around the world. See How to Add a Project to Rotary Showcase.
Projects posted directly on Rotary Showcase between 1 July 2016 and 30 June 2017 count. You can also move your completed service projects from Rotary Club Central into Rotary Showcase, but be sure they include a photograph and detailed information. The project will count even if it was created in Rotary Club Central by a club officer last Rotary year, 2015-16, as long as it is visible in Showcase this Rotary year, 2016-17.
Rotary Ideas is a crowdsourcing tool where clubs post their project plans, find partners, and request volunteers, funding, and materials for their projects. Visitors to the site can browse projects in need of help, connect with project organizers, and contribute electronically.
“Contribute” means that a club member has donated funds or materials, volunteered, or partnered on a project on Rotary Ideas between 1 July 2016 and 1 July 2017 and that the organizing club has recorded the contribution on Rotary Ideas.
My Rotary offers a community of online discussion groups for Rotarians and Rotaractors to exchange ideas on topics of shared interest. Sign in to My Rotary to join a discussion.
We’ll count them as participating if club members start a new discussion thread or post a message on an existing thread anytime during 2016-17. See How to Join a Discussion Group.
